6:00 pm walk to green & grains while connecting🏃♀️

6:00pm -8:00pm post workout social, free samples, plus activity at greens & Grains 179 SE Mizner blvd, Boca Raton🥗

 After class, we’ll walk together to Greens & Grains for a relaxed post workout social featuring free samples, connection, and a fun group activity in the new healthy spot in Boca Raton

This event is all about movement, wellness, and genuine connection — no experience required, just come as you are 💗
