HERGLOW GIRLS WELLNESS COMMUNITY

PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY WAIVER

 

By purchasing a ticket or registering for any HerGlow event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY RISK: HerGlow events may include walking, yoga, pilates, fitness classes, and other physical activities. You participate entirely at your own risk. You confirm you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician if necessary.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE: HerGlow, its founder, organizers, partners, sponsors, and venues are NOT responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with any HerGlow event or activity.

 

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT: You consent to being photographed or filmed at HerGlow events. HerGlow may use these images and videos on social media, marketing materials, and press without additional compensation.

 

REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person with at least 24 hours notice before the event.

 

COMMUNITY STANDARDS: You agree to treat all HerGlow community members with respect. HerGlow reserves the right to remove anyone who does not uphold community values, without refund.
