A free walk & run meetup we’re getting ready and prepping together! 💗

On Sunday, October 25, we’re taking on the 5K run and 1.5 mile walk at Lynn University 🏃🏻♀️👟✨ and we’re prepping for it together! You don't have to join the event OCT 25 to come to our Girl Walks and Prep 🌅 is our training meetup, time to connect with each other and walk, move our bodies, try a little running just if you want and build up our confidence before event day.

No experience needed ‼️Full honesty: I don’t run yet either so we are definitely not pros ✨ we’re just showing up, cheering each other on  and getting there one step at a time
